Submission of an inquiry, campaign brief, or creator profile through this website does not create a binding agency agreement, exclusive representation contract, or employment relationship.
2. No Guarantee of Placement or Acceptance
CreatorBridge expressly disclaims any guarantee that:
- A brand inquiry will result in matched creators or an executed campaign.
- A creator who joins our network will receive brand offers or sponsorship income.
- A creator will accept any specific brand brief or pricing proposal.
Every commercial collaboration is subject to mutual written agreement, creator availability, brand approval, and formal insertion order or contract execution.
3. Commercial Disclaimers & Performance
While CreatorBridge uses thorough vetting to evaluate audience alignment, historical sponsorship track records, and technical relevance, we do not guarantee specific campaign performance, audience impressions, click-through rates, conversion volumes, or return on ad spend (ROAS). Commercial success depends on diverse market factors beyond our control, including product pricing, brand landing pages, and audience behavior.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship
Creators participating in campaigns facilitated by CreatorBridge are independent content creators and contractors. They are not employees, agents, or legal partners of CreatorBridge. Creators retain full editorial independence, subject only to agreed campaign briefs and technical accuracy reviews.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The layout, design, text, and visual assets of this website are the intellectual property of CreatorBridge and its founder, Obada Monther, protected by copyright and applicable international laws. You may not reproduce, scrape, duplicate, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.
